The hikes go through the nature of Roslagen and pass, among other things, the old Walloon ironworks. Adventure North offers several experiences, including "The Family's Quality Time" and "Wilderness Weekend".

Hike with a life coach: A half-day hike in a forest setting where you are guided by a life coach around your goals and your direction in life.

Guided hike with overnight stay: A tour that includes a visit to a Walloon ironworks and hiking in Uppland nature. The overnight stay is under a tarp or in a lean-to shelter. There is the option of personal time, meditation or personal coaching. The tour includes food and drink (water) as well as a sleeping bag and sleeping mat.

The Family's Quality Time: A family activity in nature focused on togetherness. The tour passes sights such as a Walloon ironworks. The children get to whittle their own grilling stick together with the adults, and a campfire is lit. During the tour, the right of public access and practical tips for outdoor life are discussed. Gathering at Bennebol Ironworks at 11:00 and finishing at Bennebol Ironworks at 15:00. The maximum number of participants is 6. The walk to the camp site takes about 40 minutes. Bring clothes for the weather and comfortable shoes. Mobile phones must be in flight mode during the hike. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead throughout the tour.
