On Adventure Island, an arena has been created with the help of the environment and nature. Here there are kick-off groups, interactive management courses and companies working with group development, as well as the opportunity for recovery and relaxation. Adventure Island has room for 190 overnight guests with full board and lodging in the Summer Home, cabins and Sami huts. There is a meeting room for 100 people and rooms for smaller groups. Outdoor conferences have been arranged since the start in 1994. In the evenings, people gather around the campfires. The island is 45 minutes from Stockholm Central. Environmental work: Adventure Island produced its first environmental programme in 1994 and is today one of Sweden's most sustainable conference facilities. In Bar Barbar, locally produced food is served. During their stay, guests contribute to the environmental work. Team building: On the island there are consultants who work with developing groups. They are behavioural scientists specialised in group dynamics, feedback, conflict management, communication, self-awareness and leadership. Activities: Here there are group activities, from adventurous activities to rest and relaxation. There is the option of a yoga session, 30 hammocks, dinner, hot tubs as well as accommodation in traditional cabins or in the large huts around the campfires.
