The Fäviksgrundet nature reserve consists of the roughly 0.5-hectare island of Fäviksgrundet and lies about 20 km south of the town of Norrtälje.
Fäviksgrundet is located in the inner middle archipelago, near the mainland at Fäviken, in Vettershagasundet. The reserve was established by the County Administrative Board of Stockholm County in 1970 and is managed by Norrtälje municipality.
