Film Church is located about five kilometres north of Österbybruk. The old church was built in the 1400s and the so-called new church was added in 1767.
The chancel, the middle vault and the rear vault are richly decorated with paintings from the 1400s. The pulpit is dated to 1732. Above the door to the pulpit sits a small cherub, holding a burning heart in one hand and a cross in the other. The pulpit and the altarpiece are both made by Gjerdman.
