In the heart of the well-preserved Walloon ironworks of Forsmark lies Forsmarks Wärdshus, housed in the old dairy. The inn sits in a beautiful setting right beside the mill pond.
Accommodation
There is a double room and a single room with toilet and shower in the room. Other rooms do not have a toilet and shower in the room, but all double rooms have their own toilets adjacent to the room. The inn and the manor wings are next to the Bruksdammen (mill pond), which previously served as a power source for the ironworks' iron production.
The restaurant
Forsmarks Wärdshus is set in an ironworks environment by the pond in the middle of the ironworks. The restaurant serves lunch and à la carte. Food and pastries are home-baked. Celebration arrangements such as weddings and birthday dinners are held here, as well as catering. A traditional Christmas table is served during Advent.
