Hållviksjöns nature reserve

The reserve consists largely of a rocky spruce-dominated natural forest, approximately 23 hectares in size, which surrounds Hållviksjön and extends down towards the settlement at Hållvik. The natural environment is varied and contains habitats for many different species. Large parts of the reserve are unaffected by modern forestry. The terrain is rocky and in places difficult to traverse. Species findings in the area include several interesting red-listed species.
