The Hälsans Stig in Åkersberga runs partly along Åkers kanal. The walking paths are also exciting to visit in the evening; along Åkers kanal and the Hälsans Stig there are many illuminated artworks and spots that add to the experience and to a greater sense of security when heading out when it's a little darker.
The connecting route between the loops is about 2.7 km, and together they make a very varied walk
