The nature reserve has one of Sweden's largest occurrences of the orchid lady's slipper, which blooms here annually in around 1,000 specimens.
Here the soil is calcareous, which means that orchids thrive well. Here grow, among others, the varieties fly orchid, frog orchid, early purple orchid, coralroot, bog orchid, bird's-nest orchid, broad-leaved helleborine, common twayblade and marsh orchid.
Here you'll also find the small overgrowing Lake Lövfjärden.
