Kvisthamrabacken is centrally located in Norrtälje, at the far end of Norrtälje bay. There are three well-groomed slopes, a warming hut and a really fun sledding hill for the very youngest.
Kvisthamrabacken is 225 metres long and has a vertical drop of 55 metres. There are three runs: the main slope, which is blue and considered intermediate, a forest slope, and a black run with a gradient of 44 degrees. The slope has lighting and a ski lift. Snow status and opening hours are on Friluftsfrämjandet's website. You can hire skis and a snowboard at the slope. More information is at https://idrottonline.se/RoslagensAK-Skidor.
