Ljusterö heritage museum

Ljusterö heritage museum, boat and fishing museum and general store. The Ljusterö heritage museum building is a dwelling house from the 1700s. It was built in Vadholma, on the southern part of Ljusterö.

In 1931 the house was moved to Mellansjö, where it now stands on a height overlooking Kyrksjön. Here costumes, betrothal gifts, photos, utility objects and much more are displayed. Below the height lies the boat and fishing museum. An older trading store is also here.
