Small-scale food craftsmanship on Resarö

Waxholm Mathantverk is a small brewery with production on Resarö. All products are made by hand, without additives or preservatives.

The berries used for flavoring are picked by hand – partly in gardens in the local area, partly on the family farm in Småland. The idea is that nothing should go to waste: berry residue after fermentation goes to the chickens, and tea and other by-products are composted.

The business is run with a focus on health and healthy living.
