A private company, run by Rospiggar

Visit Roslagen is not an authority or a tourist office in the traditional sense. We are a private company, run by people who grew up in Roslagen and know the area from the inside — not through reports and statistics, but through everyday life.

Our driving force is simple: we love Roslagen, and we want more people to get to experience it too. Every sight, hiking trail, guest harbour and small farm shop we highlight is a place we ourselves love.

Part of Roslagen Media Group

Visit Roslagen is part of Roslagen Media Group — the local media house that has been telling the story of life in Roslagen since 2021. Behind the company are Nicklas Salmin, Alexander Hall and Daniel Rämsell, all of whom grew up and are active in the area. Since then, the team has grown — today we are five.

Alongside Visit Roslagen, we run the news site Allt om Norrtälje and some of Roslagen's largest digital meeting places — Facebook groups reaching over 200,000 people every month.

We believe in Roslagen

We engage in what makes the area come alive — from Norrtälje Marknad and Rospiggarna Speedway to youth entrepreneurship through Egen Sommar. For us, Visit Roslagen is about more than tourism: it's about showcasing the whole of Roslagen and putting it on display for the world.
