Överkstan is located on the island of Rindö in the Stockholm archipelago, approximately 45 minutes from Stockholm city centre, in building 247 – a former motor workshop from Rindö's regimental era. The premises have preserved character features such as traverse beams in the ceiling and green concrete flooring, and offers fully glazed terrace doors with sea views.

Here you will find flexible office spaces that can be booked by the day or year, as well as the possibility to rent the entire premises for conferences, meetings and events. Coffee and tea are included in every booking, the premises have a fully equipped kitchen, and technology such as projector, whiteboard, speakers and wireless network are available on site. Unlocking is simple via an app on your mobile phone, and payment can be made with Swish or invoice.

Överkstan promotes an active working lifestyle and offers, among other things, kayak rentals, SUP boards, slackline and the opportunity for exercise breaks. Nearby you will find an outdoor gym, tennis court, running trail, beach and sauna raft. The location is accessible by Waxholmsbåten from Strömkajen or Slussen, by car via the car ferry from Vaxholm or Värmdö, or by bus from Kungliga Tekniska högskolan or Danderyd Hospital.
