Rådmansö Church is located by Kyrkfjärden, about 20 km east of Norrtälje. The church was built during 1816–1818 but was not consecrated until 1844. The church is a typical Karl Johan-style church built in the 1820s, which replaced the log-timbered church that stood a little further down in the churchyard, near the old timber gate in the wall.
The altar comes from the older church and is probably a war trophy from the Thirty Years' War's Poland. The old organ is also a war trophy, which was donated to the Nordic Museum in 1883. The old church bell was sold in 1907 for 2 kronor a kilo, which gave the parish 125 kronor in cash. The pulpit and the 1700s votive ship also come from the old church. The large cross in the churchyard was raised by parishioners in memory of seven young people from Vidinge who perished in a snowstorm on their way home from a prayer meeting in Sundskär. The church has room for about 250 people.
