Roslagsmarschen – a highlight on the autumn calendar

Roslagsmarschen is arranged every September by Visit Roslagen along parts of Roslagsleden. The event brings together hundreds of hikers who over the course of a day share the experience of magnificent nature, community and fresh autumn air.

Choose your distance

The march's strength is that it is accessible to everyone. Participants can choose to hike one, two or three miles along selected stages of Roslagsleden. This means you can participate whether you are a beginner or an experienced outdoor enthusiast.

Nature along the trail

Roslagsleden stretches 190 km from Danderyd in the south to Grisslehamn in the north, through six municipalities in Stockholm County. The trail leads hikers through noble forests and open landscapes, along calm canals and across picturesque rocky outcrops along the coast. The event is designed to give participants a genuine taste of the trail's variety.

Social gatherings in focus

Roslagsmarschen is as much a social event as a fitness event. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and there is room to share the experience with family, friends or new acquaintances along the way.
