Roslagsteatern/Friluftsteater.se is based in Norrtälje and runs professional theatre all year round. The theatre produces its own original farces and murder mysteries.
Roslagsteatern's home stage is in Kullsta outside Norrtälje. At Kullsta Open-Air Theatre, actors have performed farce since 2006. The Murder Theatre, which was started in 2010, is also part of Roslagsteatern and collaborates with 12 different fixed venues around the country. Every year, several productions are staged with both farce as well as murder theatre and classics on tour. Those who run the theatre have produced theatre since 1993. Summer theatre is performed on fixed outdoor stages in Kullsta and Eskilstuna. The rest of the year, murder mysteries are performed at fixed partners around the country, at castles, manors, inns and guesthouses. The murder mysteries are also performed on request as corporate events and conference entertainment.
