Rönningesjön is located in Täby municipality. The Skavlöten bathing area is situated in the northeastern part of the lake in Löttingelund. The bathing area consists of a sandy beach approximately 25 metres long, surrounded by grass, bushes and trees. Reeds grow at both ends of the beach. There is a large bathing jetty and a floating raft. Directly adjacent to the bathing area is the Skavlöten recreation centre. The surroundings include the Skavlöten outdoor recreation area with, among other things, exercise trails.
