Susanne Wall, Keramiker

Susanne Wall has worked as a ceramicist since 1981. She set up her first workshop in Uppsala, but now lives in the countryside about 45 km northeast of Uppsala. The ceramics workshop is in a small house on the farm. Susanne works mostly in stoneware clay and makes utility ware but also sculptures and pictures, which she usually fires primitively in sawdust and straw, giving the ware a living surface.
