The aim of the Friends of Tallparken is to ensure that Tallparken is preserved and developed as a recreation area for everyone who visits, and thereby to increase Öregrund's appeal as a place to live and to visit.
In the park there are pines, a sea view, bathing, rocks and a sandy beach, barbecue spots, a music pavilion, a play and barbecue area, and tennis courts. Tallparkens vänner (Friends of Tallparken) is a non-profit association with an open and transparent operation. A number of projects are underway, including marking out Hummelfjärd and building more facilities.
