An 18th-century cottage to rent in Rö. A carefully renovated cottage idyllically located in Rö, about 20 km outside Norrtälje. This 18th-century timber cottage is surrounded by a large, lovely garden and is fully furnished and complete with household utensils. Rented by the week or for longer periods.
The cottage is 43 sqm and consists of 1 room and a kitchen. In the chamber there is a single bed, and in the kitchen there is a bed/daybed that can be slept in. The cottage is in the countryside in Roslagen.
History: This timbered cottage from the 1700s once belonged to the parish and was used by the tenant farmer, who according to hearsay lived there with 5 children. When the current owner's parents bought the rectory, the cottage came with it. The cottage is renovated and furnished with furniture and kitchen utensils as well as a wood stove. The cottage is heated with an air heat pump and wood and can be hired both in summer and winter.

• Payment in advance to the cottage host. To book, 30% is first paid in advance, preferably via Swish; the remaining amount is paid closer to arrival
• Changeover of tenants is done on Sundays
• The person hiring does simple cleaning before departure
