Vällenbadet is a child-friendly and accessible bathing spot consisting of sand and grassy areas. The bathing spot is about 15 km east of Alunda in Östhammar municipality. Here you can enjoy both swimming and fishing.
Here there are jetties and changing huts. The bathing spot is accessible for people with reduced mobility, with accessibility-adapted dry toilets and a ramp out into the water.
The water at Vällenbadet is well suited for fishing. Please note that a fishing permit is required.
