Vallentuna bibliotek

Vallentuna Library welcomes everyone – young and old, from near and far. The library is located centrally in Vallentuna Kulturhus, as well as in two additional branches in Kårsta and Karby.

The libraries in Karby and Kårsta offer extended hours every day from 07–22, which means you can visit and use the library even without staff present. The service is linked to your library card and requires activation on-site; the age limit is 18 years.

There are books in many formats for different needs – large print books, easy-to-read books and audiobooks via the Legimus service for those who cannot read printed text. With your library card you can also borrow books and audiobooks digitally via the Biblio app, watch films via cineasterna.se, and find literature in languages other than Swedish via the services Bläddra and Världens bibliotek.

Every year on National Day, June 6th, Vallentuna Library arranges a citizenship ceremony for residents who have become Swedish citizens during the year.
